Mission

Under the responsibility of the Head of Customer Success and in close collaboration with all members of SONEKA: SONEKA (the founders, the technical team, the sales/marketing team and the product manager), you will join a team of 11 CSMs to support the significant growth of the company.

Your role will be to support customers in integrating SONEKA and using SONEKA on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities are listed below and may change according to the growth of the company, your skills, and your skills.

Regular relationship with your existing customer portfolio:

  • Support and support for customers in the use of the tool and its new functionalities,
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction by managing the effective use of the solution and by meeting with them regularly,
  • Management of new customer projects: additional needs identified, evolution of SONEKA,
  • Organization with the rest of the CSM team of functional workshops with all customers.

Contribution to the evolution of SONEKA thanks to your knowledge of customers:

  • Analysis and understanding of customers' needs to improve the solution: to be their spokesperson within the company,
  • Participation in the drafting of specifications and tests with the product manager.

Support for the sales team: preparation of demonstration environments and participation in exchanges.

Technical and professional expertise required

SONEKA is looking for an experienced profile with:

  • Either an experience in real estate and asset management (asset management, property management, financial analysis, expertise, portfolio management),
  • Either significant experience in deploying and integrating digital solutions, preferably in the field of finance or real estate,
  • A strong analytical mind, a pronounced taste for data and an ease with data manipulation,
  • A good knowledge of the SaaS environment: experience in implementing systems,
  • A good command of Excel,
  • An excellent relationship for collaborating as a team and exchanging with customers.

But also a profile being:

  • Autonomous,
  • Adaptable,

  • B2B oriented.
